Our Australasia Sports Foundation sessions are a fun and engaging introduction to physical activity for children aged 2 to 5. These classes are designed to build fundamental movement skills through a variety of sports and games.
We focus on a multi-sport approach, using different types of balls and equipment to help children develop coordination, balance and agility. Through a variety of fun, game-based activities, they will explore a range of movements, building confidence and a love for sports in a positive and supportive environment. This programme is all about having fun, learning new skills and making friends.
