Progression pathways

Foundation squad

18 month – 36 months

Fundamental skills of running, jumping and throwing through games based on participation & fun.

Programme consists of elements of a wide variety of sports

development squad

3 – 8 years

Fundamental skills of running, jumping and throwing continued while introducing elements of team based games and challenges. Fun is key so students can expect a positive & engaging environment.

rising star squad

8 – 12 years

For individuals wishing to take their athletic development to the next level. Individual & team based competition. Introduction of nutrition & injury prevention.

academy squad

12 – 18 years

Individualised training programmes specific to competition. Individual tracking of progression. Emphasis on nutrition & injury prevention. Building the complete athlete.
